Live Online Training

Need to "talk with someone" to get started, get over, or get on with your MyLab? Super! We have Faculty Advisors on Demand just waiting to talk to you! Here’s how it works.

  1. Review the schedule below and choose the day and time that works best for you:
    Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays 2:00 and 2:30 pm EST
    Tuesdays and Thursdays 11:00 and 11:30 am EST
    Saturdays 11:00 am EST Sundays 5:00 pm EST
  2. Register for that day and time by clicking this link, no less than 24 hours in advance.
  3. You'll come to a screen that lists the next meeting. If that time is available, you'll see a "Register" link, otherwise it will say "Closed." If the next available time doesn't work for you, click "Show All Meetings" to see other training times.

  4. You will receive an email with your confirmation.
  5. On the selected date and time, call 877-554-0877 and enter conference code 813 748 9113.
  6. You will also need to go to a special website. The link to the website will be in your email. (If you didn't get the email, call the number above and the Advisor will walk you through getting connected.)
  7. If possible, access the website using Internet Explorer 9 or 10 or Chrome. You'll be connected via phone and computer with a live expert on our MyLabs who will be able to answer almost any question you ask.
  8. You'll get 30 minutes all to yourself! You and the advisor...it's that simple.

Register today! If you can't make one of these times, no problem. Just email your Pearson rep and we'll make other arrangements.
